Deposit = deductible + 1,000 NOK travel deposit; released in about 10 business days.
A deposit covering the chosen insurance deductible is required at pickup, plus a separate 1,000 NOK travel deposit for ferry, parking and private-road fees. Deposits are normally released within 10 business days after return; third-party damage claims can take 2-3 months or longer.
Minimum age 19 (21 for ID Buzz Cargo); licence held at least 1 year.
The driver must be at least 19 on the pickup day. The ID Buzz Cargo has a 21-year minimum. A physical, unrestricted category B (or higher) licence held for at least one year is required; non-Latin licences need an international driving permit. Drivers under 26 must buy Young Driver Insurance.
Return with a full tank or full charge; missing fuel + processing fee.
Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or a full battery charge. Missing fuel/charge is refilled by the lessor and charged with an additional processing fee.
Prices include 25% VAT.
All prices are tax-inclusive with 25% MVA.

Returning the vehicle one hour or more late incurs additional rental day(s) and a 1,500 NOK administration fee.
Free within 24h of booking; after: min 1,500 NOK, 50/75/100% tiers.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the initial booking is free. Later cancellations carry a minimum 1,500 NOK fee: 28-22 days before rental 50%, 21-15 days 75%, 14 days or less 100%. The toll-road flat fee is refunded in full.
Return at the agreed time; final damage check within 48 hours.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location. The final damage check is completed after cleaning, within 48 hours during opening hours.
