These Terms & Conditions explain how our booking platform works. We connect travellers with independent local car rental companies across Scandinavia. By using the site and making a booking you agree to these terms.
We are an online marketplace and booking intermediary. We do not own vehicles and we are not the rental company. We let you search, compare and send a booking request to independent local car rental companies across Scandinavia, and we pass your details to the company you choose so it can provide the rental service.
A booking is a request sent to the rental company you selected. The rental agreement is between you and that company. Your booking is only confirmed once the rental company accepts it and you receive a booking reference and confirmation.
We do not guarantee that any vehicle, category or price will be available, and we do not confirm reservations ourselves. Availability and confirmation are controlled by each rental company. If a company cannot fulfil your request, it may offer an alternative vehicle or decline the booking.
Prices are set by the rental companies and are shown in the applicable currency. They may change with availability, rental length, extras and local taxes or fees. The final price is the one confirmed by the rental company for your specific booking.
We do not collect or process payments for rentals. All payments are made directly to the car rental company into that company's own payment account, using the payment methods it supports. Payment terms, deposits and refunds are handled by the rental company, and any payment or refund issues must be raised with that company.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rental company's policy, which is shown on the vehicle and booking pages. Any fees for changes or late cancellation are set and charged by the rental company.
We are not responsible for the availability, confirmation, provision or quality of the rental service. The rental company is solely responsible for the vehicle, its condition, insurance, its ability to provide the car, and the rental service itself. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or costs arising from any booking or rental arranged through the platform.
You agree to provide accurate personal and driver details, to meet the rental company's requirements (such as a valid driving licence, minimum age and a payment card in the driver's name), and to comply with the rental company's terms at pick-up.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. The rental contract itself is governed by the laws applicable to the rental company that provides your vehicle.
